CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure every guest receives the best care, appointments require a 12-hour cancellation notice. Same-day cancellations incur a 25% fee, and no-shows are subject to a 50% fee. This policy allows me to offer my time and care to all clients. Thank you so much for your understanding!
